World Zombie Day: London
A beloved October staple in London’s alternative event calendar. Running for over a decade after launching around 2008-2019, then resurrected in 2025. The annual charity walk brings thousands of participants through central London landmarks to raise funds for good causes.
The walk keeps creeping forward: part horror celebration, part public gathering, part creative community, all in the spirit of charitable giving and camaraderie.
A chance for people who don’t always feel at home in ordinary spaces to find each other in the middle of the street, covered in fake blood, speaking the only language that matters: “Braaaiiiinnnns”.
World Zombie Day is where The Dead Good Club began.
Who It’s For
World Zombie Day is for horror fans, misfits, creatives, makers, performers, artists, families, students, neurodivergent folk, charity supporters, curious passers-by, and anyone who has ever looked at normal life and thought: “Hmm. Needs more fake blood.”
You do not need to be a professional costume maker or need to know horror trivia.
You do not need to be cool, polished, or photogenic.
You just need to show up, join the horde, respect the route, support the cause, and avoid actually biting anyone.
